Boss Strategies

Note: The Seekers won't work on the all bosses. The only boss they will work on is the Dianoga in the sewers.

Escape from Echo Base

Boss: AT-ST

This boss is simple. Don't acctually enter the room until you see the AT-ST turns around. When it does, run as fast as you can to get right behined it. Once your there, use your Seekers and blast the back of its head. The AT-ST will fall easily.

Ord Mantell Junkyard

Boss: IG-88

There is a shield in far the waste tank on the right of the train. Get it. Now get out of the tank and go to on of those little alleys behined the tanks. You may think that your a sitting duck in there, but when IG-88 comes after you he'll be the duck. As soon as IG-88 lands in front of you, Hit him with your most powerful weapon over and over (seekers tend to work the best.) IG-88 will just stand there as you fry his cercuits, and the shield will protect you.

Gall Spaceport

Mini Boss: AT-ST

Don't acctually enter the room until you see the AT-ST turns around. When it does, run as fast as you can to get right behined it. Once your there, use your Seekers or Pulse Cannon and blast the back of its head. The AT-ST will fall easily.

Boss: Boba Fett

Basically, shoot and run is the best thing to do here. Once you enter the area, head for a platform. Boba Fett will follow you, land right next to you and start blasting you. As soon as he lands next to you start blasting with your most powerful weapon (either the Flame Thrower or Seekers.) Fett will then fly away and start blasting you from a distance. Dodge his shots. When he stops firing, fire some Seekers at him. Since the Seekers won't seek him out, you'll have to be a pretty good shot. Repeat the process.

After Boba Fett is down, Slave 1 will appear and attack on auto pilot.

When Slave 1 appears, imeadiatly fly as fast as you can to the highest ledge. Slave 1 will follow you. When the ship arrives where you are, it will start firing at you. Don't run away. The shots will go on left and right side of you, but they won't hit you. Now you can start firing all you got at its engines without getting hit yourself.

Imperial Freighter Suprosa

Boss: Loader Droid

Since the Loader Droid's only weapons are his arms, it makes it rather easy. However, the Droid is very fast, so you'll have to be faster. The only thing to do is dodge and shoot at it with your best weapon.

Sewers of the Imperial City

Boss: Dianoga

When fighting this creature, aim for the eye (the red thing.) Seekers will work in defeating the tentacles but theres no point because they will only regenerate. The Distrupter won't work under water so you'll have to fly above water first then fire down at it. When under water, I recomend useing the Pulse Cannon or Blaster.

Xizor's Palace

Boss: Gladiator Droid

The Gladiator Droid is the hardest yet. You'll have to defeat it three times before it is totaly destroyed.

The best weapon against it is the Distrupter, but be carful how you use it, you don't have very much ammo.

If you are on easy mode you should have at least 6 shots for your Distrupter. Use 2 of those shots when the droid is whole, 2 when its lost its legs, and 2 on its head. On any other difficulty you should have at least 3. Use one when the Droid is whole, 1 when its lost its legs, and 1 when its just a head.

Try to aim the shots so that they hit the Droid head on for the Distrupter to be most effective. Dash is not invulnerable to this weapon, so make sure that you are well away from the blast.

Once your ammo for your distrupter is gone, use the Seekers on its head. The Pulse Cannon and Stunner guns won't work and I don't recomend the Falme Thrower because you have to get too close and its too dangerous.

Be sure to collect lots of ammo and health.

Finaly, use the walls in the maze as shields but try not to get cornered.
